00--ABOUT
Jeddo George is a Lebanese homestyle daily meal plan service delivering authentic, freshly prepared Lebanese food to households across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. The name honors the kind of grandfather who was particular about his food — the service’s operating standard.
01--PROBLEM
Jeddo George grew from a single idea to a daily meal service used by thousands of customers across Dubai in just three months. That kind of speed is a good problem to have — until the team opens a laptop on Monday morning and realizes the business is running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp screenshots, and founder intuition. There was no production database, no customer-journey view, and no system to turn raw operational data into decisions. The founders were burning roughly a quarter of every week pulling numbers by hand — the wrong people doing the wrong work while the business scaled underneath them.
“We were flying blind. Every decision took a day of pulling data together before we could even have the conversation.”

Maya Doumit, Co-Founder
02--SOLUTION
Querio plugged in as Jeddo George’s data team. Three things happened in parallel. First, Querio’s Data Team as a Service set up a production-grade analytics database, so operational data finally had a home the business could trust. Second, Querio built custom workflows on top of that database to automate the repetitive pulls the founders had been doing by hand — order patterns, customer cohorts, delivery metrics. Third, Querio stood up dashboards covering every KPI the team needed to watch, and opened natural-language access so anyone at the company — not just the two technical co-founders — could get an answer without filing a request.
“We didn’t want to hire a data team at our stage. Querio gave us one, and it moved faster than hiring would have.”

Maya Doumit, Co-Founder
03--RESULT
A year in, Jeddo George is at $5M ARR and running the business off the Querio stack. The founding team saves 20 hours a week — time that went straight back into operations, product, and growth. Two data-adjacent roles that were on the hiring plan were taken off it, worth roughly $120K a year. Every person at the company can now pull the numbers they need on their own, so decisions that used to wait on a founder’s spreadsheet export happen in the same meeting where the question comes up.
“Honestly, it’s amazing because it’s taking 20–30% off my daily energy or focus. I never thought one tool could save me so much time.”
