Productivity Maxxing
One more rep, late nights, earlier mornings, less time with distractions, no Instagram reels, limited socialising. No relationship, there’s no time.
Keep pushing every day. There's no such thing as a sick day.
Weekend is the same, rest productively. Ensure it is efficient, sleep in, then race to therapy. Eat more food you didn’t have time to eat in the week. Lots of healthy ingredients. Probiotics, prebiotics, fibre, protein.
Family time, call only best friends. Not too much - just enough.

Earn and squeeze every extra minute you can find, walk fast to the tube, take a Lime and jump off the bike.
Make the train just before the door closes. Nice.
Complete blog post on the tube. Nice.
Extra time found.
Thoughts? Redirect them.
How can we best answer this objection?
Check through all the week's work, scan for errors. How can we improve? What is there still to be done? What could have been better? Why reflect on what worked, that isn’t productive, that’s just noise. Another detail to remember. Follow the latest trends, ensure to understand how to run a Mac mini + OpenClaw, or else…..

There may be WW3, but also let’s make sure to stay on track. Be informed but have no opinion. Don’t speak out, it’s all fine. Nothing strange is going on. Forget about the files and get back to work. [general social commentary and not Querio related]
Read on the tube. 25 mins. Focus, don’t listen to the background mumble of unproductive nonsense. Read on the way back, it’s been a long day, but it’s a great chance to read, get more knowledge.
This all sounds exhausting right?
The Hidden Positives
Actually it’s been great. The secret has been the things that are left out.
Make the most of family time. Hug them whenever you get the chance. Don’t waste words with friends, tell them you miss them and want to see them, over text. See only your closest friends, the ones that get you and it doesn’t feel tiring.
Enjoy the rush from learning new things, from watching yourself grow like a sped-up nature documentary 🌱
Meet new people, make new friends. People from different parts of the world. Connecting with strangers, all just trying their best. Push yourself to remember, train your brain.
(2 stops left: at Bank)

Listen to the stops, don’t miss yours. Glance at Slack, make sure things are progressing. Back to writing.
And now you are outside…Look at the sky when walking, smile when it’s blue - even if it’s 3 degrees in basically April. Be thankful for the context, roof over head, work with friends, nice office with snacks and water, and big monitors for increased…productivity.
There’s less time to waste when you are busy, less time to stress about what you can’t control. You can enjoy and revel in the beauty in front of you. Appreciate more, thank upstairs (whatever you believe in)
Not every day will be like this, but it’s a fun ride and it will all be worth it.
There’s simply no time or point in complaining. You are often putting in 30% effort into things, push past the 50%. Aim for 90! (leave 10 in the bank it’s a marathon)
Go into more detail. The train is slowing, it’s my stop.
Legs hurt from leg day at the gym. I hate leg day, but the day worse than leg day is 2 days later when you are late for a meeting and feel like you can’t walk. The tube gusts hit my face - a ritual reminder of the start of day. Pick up a sandwich on the way, don’t waste time with a walk during productive hours. Something that’s fast to eat, of course.
Take a deep breath and look into the sun, get the rays when you can. Productively mindful, is that even possible?
A walking meditation before the rush begins. A calm mind is more productive.
The office closes in, the adrenaline starts pumping. Family visiting today: so it’s important to be productive enough to go see them after, only once you’ve finished the core tasks.
That was fun. I should maybe do that again, maybe next month. Have a good week :)
(my grandma is visiting so dug this out the other day)
