Zim provides both B2B and B2C E-SIM services. Both have different problems.
Zim needs to understand B2C behavior to provide better experiences and target more accurately
Zim also needs to quickly provide flexible pricing sheets to B2B customers
In both cases, because Zim lacks a dedicated data team, they relied on manual processes, a patchwork of excel sheets, and qualitative or quantitive decisions.
